🏁 What is a Pre-Sale?

A pre-sale (or pre-order) allows you to purchase an item before its official release date. By pre-ordering, your product is reserved and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

📅 Release Dates

  • Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.

  • We will notify you promptly if a release date changes or if there are delays in shipping.

💳 Payment for Pre-Orders

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your items.

  • Pre-orders guarantee allocation for high-demand or limited products.

📦 Shipping Schedule

  • Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the official release date.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless you request separate shipments.

🚫 Cancellations and Refunds
